Found this on the ground off of a trail just laying around. Needs some gunk cleaned out of it to make it open smooth but very nice other than that.

I've always wanted a good fixed blade. I have a cheap little one that was awesome but I got drunk and tried to use it as a throwing knife.

Nice find! It looks like a Kershaw Blur with a tanto combo blade.

I like the speedsafe knives, though I haven’t bought any since they started going cheap on their materials and their QC started getting really bad as they shifted from a smaller niche manufacturer to producing primarily low-priced mass-market offerings. That said, it should last you a long time.

This will be the first real camping trip I’ve been on so I want to be prepared. My every day carry Gerber won’t get the job done.
